NightLase® is a patented, non-invasive treatment to increase the quality of your sleep. NightLase® will lessen the effects of sleep apnea and decrease the amplitude of snoring by using a gentle, superficial Er: YAG laser light and ND YAG.

When you come into our office for your NightLase® treatment, Dr. K will use a special tool that uses a laser light that heats the tissue, causing tightening of the tissue which leads to a reduction in the sound of your snoring and lessens the effects of sleep apnea.
This procedure is performed in two simple steps:
- Step 1: PreConditioning – The laser light preheats your tissue.
- Step 2: Tissue Strengthening – Laser light strengthens the tissue, which will prevent the muscle relaxation that causes snoring.
The full treatment requires 3 separate sessions over six weeks with no anesthesia required.
