Thankfully, due to Mesotherapy being a minimally invasive procedure, there usually isn’t any downtime. Most of our patients can return to their regular activities right away. We do suggest taking off the next day or so to recuperate and allow any possible swelling or pain to subside.
What to Expect on the day of getting Mesotherapy?
Depending on your consultation with Dr. K, you may or may not begin your Mesotherapy treatment by having a numbing medical cream applied to the soon-to-be-treated area. Then, Dr. K will administer a series of injections using a Mesotherapy Gun.

Is Mesotherapy painful?
Although Mesotherapy is a relatively painless procedure thanks to the topical numbing cream Dr. K will administer. However, there may be a slight prickling sensation that may cause some discomfort in some patients. As far as recovery, there should be very minimal pain, but if you do experience any, this can be alleviated with normal aspirin or cold compresses/ ice packs.
Are there any side effects?
Although the risks are minimal under the skilled hands of Dr. K, there are some possible side effects, such as: Nausea, Pain, Sensitivity, Swelling, Itching, Redness, Bruising, Bumps around the injection site, Dark patches of skin, Rash, Infection and Scars
How many sessions will I need to see results?
To achieve the best results, you will probably require multiple treatments. Our average patient can require anywhere between 3 and 15 times. At the beginning of your treatment, you may expect to return to our practice every 7 to 10 days, but as your condition begins to improve, the sessions will be stretched out to every other week or once a month.
How long will the results last?
